Questions, answered

Is pricing per event or per year?
Both. Single shows run on per-event pricing; if you run several events a year, an annual plan bundles them and saves around 20%. Talk to us and we'll map it to your calendar.
Can I start with one plan and add modules later?
Absolutely — that's the whole idea. Begin with the core platform, then switch on Ticketing, Food or Networking mid-season. Everything shares the same attendee data, so there's nothing to migrate.
What happens if I go over my exhibitor or attendee cap?
Caps are soft. Exhibitor plans scale by tier, and add-on modules charge a small per-attendee rate above the included volume. If you're consistently over, we'll simply move you to the next tier.
Are there transaction fees on food & tickets?
Food & Beverage carries a small GMV fee that covers payments and settlement. Ticketing has a flat per-badge fee. Both are shown transparently on your quote.
Do you offer not-for-profit or association pricing?
Yes. We work with chambers, associations and foundations on tailored pricing. Mention it when you reach out and we'll sort the right plan.
